Connect Garmin & Strava

TEMPO pulls your training history and daily metrics via OAuth. No manual uploads required.

Connecting Garmin

  1. Go to Settings → Devices.
  2. Click Connect Garmin and authorise TEMPO in the Garmin Connect portal.
  3. TEMPO immediately backfills up to 90 days of activities.

Connecting Strava

  1. Go to Settings → Devices.
  2. Click Connect Strava and approve the requested permissions.
  3. New activities sync automatically within minutes of completion.

What syncs

  • All activity files (GPS, heart rate, power, pace)
  • Daily readiness signals: HRV, resting HR, sleep, body battery
  • Completed workout metadata for plan reconciliation

Data flows one-way into TEMPO for analysis. TEMPO can also push scheduled workouts back to your Garmin calendar when you enable Workout Push in Settings.
